| Each DPC has the option to assign the tasks performed to one or more Delegates within their organization. Delegates can perform all the
functions of a DPC, except submit comments directly to the writer for their organization. Delegates must submit their comments directly to
their DPC with the understanding that their comments may be edited per the approval of their Secretarial Officer or designee. Delegates must
have a user name and password, which is created by their DPC, to enter into RevCom and comment on draft directives. |
